WHAT IS ROSEWOOD THEATER? The worlds first licensed conscious cabaret and cocktail bar located in New York Cities Hudson Yards. We offer a safe space for expression, exploration and empowerment.
WHAT MAKES ROSEWOOD DIFFERENT? We are two parts human chemistry, one part artistic expression and one part protest.
ARE YOU FEMALE AND COUPLE FRIENDLY? Yes. We take great pride in providing an atmosphere where all souls are welcomed and comfortable. Females are always complimentary admission and couples pay $40 per three-minutes if model is dancing for two.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT? Each night we host to 40 to 80 “girl-next-door” muses, models and amateur performers/dancers. Some of our ladies are available for private lap dances and conversation. Our live DJ plays upbeat music low enough to where you can have a conversation and loud enough to keep the party going. Performers grace our stage throughout the night. Our Thills Menu offers a bespoke experience for guests looking to get their blood pumping or friends laughing.
ADMISSION. $20 with email or text invite or $40 with no invite. Upgrade entrance to VIP Pass for $100 or book a private room for $500 every 30-min with dances included. Women are always complimentary. Members and their guests are always complimentary. Members receive complimentary VIP Pass, may jump entrance and private room queue, join the “Member Only” table and access to secret experiences. Membership is $1,800 annually and worth every penny.
DO YOU HAVE TABLES? Yes. We have tables for couples to large groups.
IS THERE ADMISSION? Yes. Women are always complimentary. Guests with invite pay $20. Guests with no invite pay $40. Groups who purchase a bottle are comped entry. Members and their guests are always complimentary.
IS THERE NUDITY? Yes. Our ladies typically wear cocktail dresses with lingerie underneath and may choose to go topless during private dances. Stage and floor performances are also known to get steamy. Men, keep your clothes on - we are not that type of venue.
MAY I BRING GUESTS? Yes. Rosewood is best enjoyed with good company.
PRIVACY. Privacy and discretion is paramount. Absolutely no picture taking, social media or press is permitted at any of our experiences. Any photos or videos will be confiscated.

I TEXTED THE CONCIERGE AND DIDN’T RECEIVE A REPLY. You either texted after hours (we typically reply between 1pm and 5pm) or asked a less than intelligent question.
Code of Conduct
Welcome to our inclusive space. We strictly forbid harassment, sex, unwanted touch, violence, aggression, solicitation, theft, drug use, or discrimination. If it's not a clear "yes," it's a definite "no." No social media, photos, or filming allowed. No exchanging contact info with models. Guests pay $20 every three mins of dancing, $40 per song for couples. Bra removal is allowed only after three songs. Models may set their own personal boundaries; guests must respect them. All entering must adhere to the Code of Conduct. Those unable to follow our Code of Conduct, are promptly removed, risking ban of future events.
Door Policy & Membership
Rosewood Theater is open to the general public, however, those with an invitation from us and our Members have priority. Even with an invite, your entry is at the discretion of our door person.
DRESS CODE. Business, business casual, hip casual, nightclub fabulous and cocktail attire is most appropriate. No street wear, no baggy clothes, no gym wear, no baseball caps and no knitted caps. Shorts and t-shirts allowed during our fleeting summer months. What's most important to us is that you present yourself as a gentleman or lady while having a positive vibe that’s up for a little adventure. A smile is required.
WHAT IS MEMBERSHIP? Membership to Rosewood Theater is offered through our parent company, Die Happy Tonight. DHT membership has been designed for discerning gentlemen and women who enjoy good company and deep connection. As a member, you will be granted unparalleled access to our private events, curated experiences, member-only clubhouses and our growing community.
HOW DOES MEMBERSHIP WORK? Membership is not required to attend Rosewood Theater. We are currently accepting members for New York City. Once you become a member, you will be added to our member email list for 12-months from date of purchase. Our members email provides details of a variety of events and services not available to guests. All members go through a probation period and meet with management to ensure the utmost quality experience at our events.
WHO ARE MEMBERS? Members are leaders, risk takers, thrill-seekers and explorers. Members enjoy new places, new people, new experiences, and for those of us who have been privileged enough to have been saturated with great stuff, more of the same.
HOW MUCH DOES MEMBERSHIP COST? Membership is $1,900 annually. We have premium and ultra premium membership levels for those looking for white glove member services that provides access to services off our member menu.
